Different plans have different features. You get unlimited customers, devices and unlimited App messages for all plans.

Basic plan can have up to 2 users, 1 phone line and 500 SMS/MMS messages per month.

Standard plan has up to 5 users, 1 line and 1000 SMS/MMS messages per month.

Pro plan has up to 10 users, 1 line and 2500 SMS/MMS messages per month.

Enterprise price is has unlimited users, multiple lines and it has 5000 SMS/MMS messages and dedicated customer support teams.

No, you can keep all your lines. Our enterprise plan offers a solution for multiple lines or multiple locations! You can switch business lines without logging out and logging in to multiple accounts. Use the Chat Widget or call or text 626-289-4300 to talk with our sales team to get started. Of course you could always buy multiple packages instead. 

Yes, you can. 

You keep your business office number unchanged, your voice provider unchanged, your voice bill unchanged. When you sign up with WikiPro, we can enable your existing landline or VOIP number for texting. This is important as your current business number is known to your customers and you do not need another new random number just for texting.

A calendar represents a resource: a service provider, a room or a machine etc, whose appointments can be tracked. The maximum number of calendars are defined per the plan.

WikiPro allows you to send and receive messages from your computer. You can login WikiPro web app with a browser. WikiPro has instant chat, e-signature, online file sharing, client management, staff management and more.

There are two primary ways to send/receive messages: App messages and SMS/MMS messages.

For App messages, your clients need to install WikiPro App. You can send unlimited App messages to your clients.
For SMS/MMS messages, your clients do not need to install App. WikiPro can text-enable your existing landline or toll-free number. When your clients receive the text messages, the text is from your business phone number. App messages are unlimited, but text messages can cost extra money.

WikiPro App can be used by professionals to send and receive messages as well. So you can communicate with your clients anywhere, anytime, on the go.

Credit Card Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (charged by Stripe). 

ACH Fees: 0.8% per transaction, capped at $5 (charged by Stripe). 

Yes, payments are processed securely through Stripe. WikiPro does not store any payment details.
