We are thrilled to announce the keywords feature.

What is keywords? If you see the Text "buzz word" to phone number TV commercial, the "buzz word" is the keywords.

Companies charge a lot of money for this feature. But we make it affordable and easy to use.

Keywords examples are "directions", "hours", "appointment" to trigger an automated response. This is also a good way to set up your seasonal promotion such as "black-friday" to a web link to your black Friday sales.

WikiPro can text enable your business landline number. So your customers can either call or text you with the same number.

After you setup the keywords and let your customers know about it, they can text you the specific keywords and our system will take care of the rest.

You can set up keywords in our web app. Note keyword has to be one word without space and it shall be easy to remember.

For each paid plan, we can out with keywords. If you go beyond the keywords plan, we charge a monthly fee. Please visit our pricing page for more details.
